WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures
Language: English and Mandarin (Availability of trainers proficient in other languages like Malay, Tamil and Japanese)
Program Goal:
To train and equip food handlers with the knowledge and application skills in basic food hygiene
Program Outline:
Course Duration
One-Day (9am to 7pm including 2 light refreshments)
Assessment
MCQ OR Oral coupled with a Competency-Based Practical Assessment will be conducted on the same day
Certification
Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates will receive the WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Hygiene and Safety Policies & Procedures Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA)
Course Fee
Based on No-claim from training grant/ Foreigner without subsidy:-
Corporate Clientele
Minimum of 10 paxs can be arranged to conduct the training at your requested venue (Training site equipped with basic kitchen facility)
Funding Support from SkillsConnect
Based on approval of claim from training grant:-
Local and SPR participants – Published Rate @S$150.00 nett, before subsidy, amount subjected to allocated by WDA vary from $99.00 up to $142.50. Payment by Cheque only for subsidy participants and payable to ‘Skillmaster Training Centre Pte Ltd’. You need to login to www.skillsconnect.gov.sg to apply for training grant before the course start date.
